It appears that Lucifer is the antithesis of all that is good. God is all that is good. So, it is unlikely, but - with God being involved - nothing is impossible.

Lucifer is a creation of God - and even he may repent of his actions. An all-merciful God would then be obliged to accept that repentance and accept Lucifer into heaven once more.

When did God create Lucifer?

In the beginning was God. God always was. God created all things. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Since Lucifer was part of the heavenly realm he would have been created in the first 6 days of creation as stated in the Book of Genesis. As stated in Genesis, Job, and the Gospels Lucifer (aka the devil) was always subject to the Lord, his Creator.

How old is Satan?

Satan, also known as the Devil or Lucifer, is as old as God and Heaven themselves: they are timeless. They always were and always will be; there was no birth of either God or Satan and there will be no death of either, either. =) Satan used to be an angel-- one of the closest to God himself, and this angel was named Lucifer. Lucifer tried to rebel against God, questioning why God alone was superior to the rest, and as punishment God exiled Lucifer and all those who followed him from Heaven. Thus, the reign on Earth of Satan and his demons began.

How did sin affect creation?

That is a bit of a trick question since sin could not have existed for humans prior to creation. In the alternative, Lucifer lead the heavenly rebellion against God, which can be viewed as the "original sin" resulting in the ever present battle between good and evil (God & Lucifer) and the establishment of the free-will concept as a means of fair-play between God and Lucifer. Taken in that view, sin can be said to have had the greatest impact on creation since God created us for the sole purpose to participate in a (free-will) chess game of sorts with Lucifer.

If God created the Devil why would He destroy him?

God created Angels, and the Angels were flawed like man is today. The Angel known as Lucifer was one the most powerful Angels. Lucifer got jealous of God's power and wanted it for him self. The ensuing war between God and his Angels against Lucifer and the rogue Angels led to Lucifer's defeat and God banished him from heaven but sent him to rule Hell as a compromise for allowing Lucifer to exist. Lucifer to this day is still jealous of God and hates God for banishing him.
