I think they'd fall apart if you did. There's no real need to autoclave them; shampooing them with whatever you use on your hair on a weekly basis will get them sanitary enough to protect your skin.
Go to Edit menu>Preset Manager> make sure preset type is set to "Brushes"> Click on the "load" button> select your brush file from wherever you saved it to> then click "load."

I suspend them in a jar with a rubber lid that grips the handles and lets the brush sit in a liquid. I have 3 of these, one for enamel paint brushes, one for varnish brushes and one for PVA and acrylic brushes. I put water with a little bit of dish soap in this last one, and let the brushes soak for a day after use, then dry them. -I've had some brushes 10 years or more.

Sadly JT did not put the ability to make it full auto. The double trigger style allows for fast shooting. JT has however released more markers with this desired feature.

if you want to install you dont need to zip them, copy brushes and go to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4\Presets\Brushes and paste,to zip brushes you need win zip,when you install winzip it will add on right click context menu add to archive.right-click on brushes and press add to archive,or add to zip archive
