This is a risk because any fish that can fit its mouth around another fish will try and eat that fish, so be careful. But for the most part, yes, Dalmatian mollies will get along with guppies.

Yes. They are from the same part of the world and come from many of the same rivers and tributaries. It's not uncommon at all to find them living together in nature.

Of course, in an aquarium things can be quite different than in the wild, but both mollies and guppies are reasonably peaceful and rarely cause too much trouble.

Truthfully, guppies can be very aggressive at times but they are so small and their mouths are so soft they can't do any damage to their tank mates even if they do decide to become bullies.

Do know that both species love to eat baby fish. If either your mollies or your guppies breed, and if you have a male and female of a species they will certainly breed, the babies will get eaten very quickly if the pregnant fish is left in the tank. Frankly this is not as bad as it sounds. You need to ask yourself "Do I need dozens of tanks full of mollies and/or guppies filling my house?" If you try to save the babies that's where you would quickly end up. Also know that the cost of raising the babies in this manner would be far more than you could sell them for assuming you found a shop willing to buy them. In the wild baby fish are a very important source of food for adult fish. They would be a very healthy food in an aquarium as well.

Yes, they can all live together. It is important to separate your babies though, or the bigger fish will eat them

Which fish are better mollies or guppies?

Guppies would show a lot of different colours whereas the molly doesn't have as many colours as the guppy. Guppies and mollies however are said to be delicate fish so you must be careful what you put in your tank. Male fighting fish would think the brightly coloured guppy tails are other male fighting fish and would try and fight them. Mollies would tend to nip at fish with long fins. Both mollies and guppies are friendly. They are both active and eat a lot.
