Yes, monkeys can walk, run, climb trees....they can even be taught to ride bicycles. They are so intelligent that they even flew the first space ships into space (okay they were chimpanzees but let's not split hairs)
Sometimes they do Sometimes they dont it just depends but they do usually walk on all fours.
Orangutans can walk on four or two legs. Typically the large apes walk on two if they're feeling leisurely and four when they are in a hurry, similarly to most primates.

A monkey, like all apes, has two legs and two arms.
Apes are normally born with four limbs - two arms and two legs !
Monkeys have four legs, two used as arms, two solely as legs.
Any of the hominids (monkeys, apes, humans) are among the animals that have two legs and one backbone.
Australopithecus could walk upright on two legs.
Apes and many other primates are indeed capable of bipedalism - that is, walking on two legs. Most primates use both their legs and arms to move, most especially when they are trying to move quickly. Using both sets of limbs helps them to run faster than using two legs. Occasionally, primates may walk with only their legs if they are at leisure or play.
Australopithecus walked upright on two legs, a form of locomotion known as bipedalism, which is different from apes that typically walk on all four limbs. This adaptation is an important characteristic that distinguishes early hominins like Australopithecus from apes.

A man (2 legs) sat on three legs (a 3 legged stool), 4 legs (dog) jumped on 2 legs (man), 2 legs (man) got mad and threw 3 legs (stool) at 4 legs (dog). There are many variations of this.
Dogs have 4 legs.
Either, legs are limbs too. But usually you would say 4 legs as they don't really have arms
