No. Repo (or repossession) occurs only when payments are not made on a car loan, or if a collateral conversion is done by a lender with whom you have another unpaid loan, or if the courts permit a collateral conversion in the event of an unpaid judgment.

yes if the cop or dmv dont like you because you are just a pain in the butt or if you kick or anger a police.
NO! It requires a valid driver license to be! If you dont have a license, go work at Taco Bell!
Then tell the Repossession agents where it is and who has it.
if you dont have one then the police will give you a ticket. a driver's licence is like a ticket thet you can use so that you can drive.
If you aren't paying for that car's payments then yes. The only reason why your car should be repoed it because the payments aren't being made on it. It doesnt matter if your car is from the 1940's or if you brought the car last month, the car can be repoed if you dont pay the payment for 2 or more months (consult dealership for it's repo rules).
only if ou dont pay your payment or your financing falls through
I dont think there is a way you could have a valid US Social Security card. Without a valid SSC, you cant get a license.
yes you can youre insuring the car .... i dont know if you dont have a license because of too many points on your license but you might want to apply for something called a "hardship" license.

Your driver's license will be suspended and the next time you are stopped you will spend some time in jail.
