if the goldfish is smaller then the head of the turtle, it will eat it! if it is bigger then half of the shell it will be fine but not if your turtle gets bigger. if the fish is to big to eat but small enough for your turtle to target, it may kill it, or try to eat it and choke, killing your turtle.

∙ 6y agoTurtle food is of course designed for turtles with different levels of fats, proteins, and minerals that they specifically need. This will not be the same needs for a goldfish and as such, you should not feed them food designed for a turtle.
Feeding your goldfish turtle food is not a very good idea. Goldfish eat mainly plant matter, and turtle food has too high a concentration of protein, and can result in dietary problems for the goldfish.
