Answer : Angler Fish have not been known to kill people at all. I don't think they would go up to that high of a surface, or if they could kill you since they are small. But I guess almost everything is possible.
I dont think they would kill a human. They are omnivores so if they were hungry enough then they would just eat seaweed. Plus an angler fish do have big mouths but not that big that they would be able to kill some one. the most they could probably is pierce your skin. ~ T.holmes2~
