Mecca is the Home of Almighty Allah. The non-believers are not Pure enough to enter the holy Home of Almighty Allah. Nothing will happen. Mecca is a city which is holy to Muslims because Muhammad (pbuh) used to live there during his time. Although, if a non-Muslim tries to enter a specific holy area (Kabah) he will undoubtedly be stopped.
