Definitely not. They are too high in salt and fat.
Food processed for humans should never be fed to birds as it is extremely harmful to them. Bear in mind that birds are smaller than humans, so it takes less to kill them.
One chip to a bird is the equivalent of 20 chips to a human.
There are great articles available online which give some useful advice about bird food and treats.
