* This is not a valid question. If you have a phobia then think of it as clay. You can mold the clay into anything that you want it to be. Your phobia is treatable if you want it to be treatable. The best way to get rid of your phobias (fears) is to expose yourself to them as much as possible. That way you will get more use to them and they will become not a big deal.

A phobia is an irrational fear of something. While it is perfectly rational for someone to have a healthy fear of, for example heights, someone who is acrophobic has a fear of heights which goes beyond this which may cause distress even with small heights, or other situations where a rational fear would be mitigated.

While it is certainly reasonable to assume that there must be someone out there who has no irrational fears at all, almost everyone does have an irrational fear of something, even if they havent discovered it.

Hydrophobia means the fear of water but it is also another name for rabies. It is treatable if the vaccine is given immediately after a bite. Otherwise it is almost always fatal.
