Not really. A wild rabbit, as it grazes on grasses, might come across some wheat and nibble a little, but it's not a regular part of a rabbit's diet, but wheat is high in sugars and carbs, and these can make a rabbit very sick. There may be some wheat ingredients in pet rabbit pellets, and that may be fine (so long as the pellets are high quality -- high fibre, moderate protein, low fat), but the rabbit shouldn't have more wheat than that. Rabbits definitely shouldn't have processed wheat products, like crackers, breads, cereals, etc. Some people give their rabbit a single wheat berry (that's the whole grain, with fibre) as an occasional treat, but many people recommend avoiding even that because it's not good for the rabbit. See the related question below for more info about the rabbit diet.

No, rabbits can't eat wheat bread. Wheat is not recommended for rabbits. Wheat is not a regular part of wild rabbit's diet, and a rabbit's digestion can't handle wheat very well: it's too high in carbohydrates, sugars, etc. No kind of bread or foods made for humans are good for rabbits. A healthy rabbit diet involves lots and lots of hay, with some dark-coloured fresh leafy greens and rabbit pellets daily. If you want to give your rabbit a treat, stick to fresh, natural foods like certain fruits and vegetables. One or two groats (like an oat groat, or a wheat berry) are okay, too, once in a while. (Note: the groat is the whole grain, with the bran -- it is not the same as foods made with whole grains, and it isn't the same as processed grains, like rolled oats). The House Rabbit Society recommends no more than two tablespoons of treat fruit/vegetable per day for a norma, healthy 6 pound rabbit. See the related question below for details and links about the rabbit diet.
