Rabbits like just about any kind of apple. Some sources recommend that crab apples are avoided, though. Rabbits should only eat apple as a treat. If your rabbit is healthy, and eating a balanced diet, a small bite or two of apple every few days shouldn't be a problem. Too many treats (including fruits, apples, etc.) can (and probably will) make a rabbit ill.
