Can sims kill each other on Sims 3?

They can't kill each other but you can kill them. One way is killing them in a fire what you do is put them in a SMALL space it HAS to be small and put a chair a cheap oven and a counter and a fridge. Tell them to cook something once they're inside the space and take out the door then have them cook something on the cheap stove then not finish cooking just have them sit in a chair wait till the fire starts and this is where the small room is important because if the space is to big the fire will go out but in a small space the Sim can catch on fire then die. Caution this only works with teenagers and up unless younger kids are in the room but only teenagers and up can cook.
