No. Skunks and domestic cats belong to the same Kingdom, Phylum, Class, and Order, but the skunk belongs to the Family Mephitidae and the domestic cat belongs to the Family Felidae. With some exceptions, most animals need to be in the same species group to produce offspring. Some Genus groups, such as Canis, can produce offspring after interbreeding. An example would be a timber wolf and a domestic dog. Being members of the same order would not be genetically possible to produce offspring should breeding occur somehow.

I have never personally witnessed this phenomena, but I have known someone who claims that, around his workplace at night, he has frequently witnessed the mating of cats and skunks. I am not certain whether male skunks with female cats or vice versa, but he claims to have seen this. He has never seen any offspring produced from this mating, however. So I think it is possible for them to mate, but not to reproduce.

Are skunks and cats related?

Skunks best known for their ability to excrete a strong, foul-smelling odor, belong to the family Mephitidae. Skunks were formerly classified as a subfamily within the family Mustelidae, which includes weasels, otters, badgers, and relatives. However, recent genetic evidence suggests that the skunks are not as closely related to the mustelids as previously thought, and are now classified in their own family.Ferrets are in the family Mustelidaeof the order Carnivora which includes stoats, European polecats, minks, ermine, black-footed ferrets, long tailed weasels, least weasels
