Good then the Playstation Network will have no problem finding another person to ban for software theft. You can not download someones game unless someone foolishly provides there account information that is to remain secret. Just asking for the account information can get you banned. Just buy it that is why they offer it for sale

You can call it game share, but they are not licensed to be shared when purchased and it can get you banned. Worse it can only happen if someone is foolish enough to provide you with there account information. Asking for someones account information can also get you banned
