Yes, since the the dorms are made for students and they pay for living there. It is also annoying to a student who is paying for the dorm and to have a "squatter" come in to use the facility for free. I was in a dorm situation when a "squatter" came in with her children and allowed them to run up and down the halls screaming and yelling. When she was caught she keep moving to different rooms. Finally, they were able to remove her.
