Low grade fever-certainly yes. Stress is the body's natural response to a threat psychological or physiological just like bacterial or viral and the body goes through a number of physiological changes to deal with it and an elevated body temperature is one of them. But again as I said, stress can at most cause low grade fever or feelings of low grade fever but if it's high (above 100 F) then it's better to see your doctor about any infection that could be causing this.
