Well, it did for me! After slowly increasing from 25mg, to 50 then 100mg my tinnitus reached an unbearable level and I have now stopped taking it altogether. Early days but there has been some improvemnt.

∙ 14y agowell i had tinnitus before i started topomax but never was it this bad in fact i hardly noticed it. a week or so into taking topomax my right ear has a fairly loud noise and is very bothersome, im certain its topomax.
