Unfortunately, since translating games into other languages is a pricey and knit-pickey process, it's unlikely that it will ever be translated.
Aldditionally, Quinrose has no interest in the idea of translating the game.
Shame, since it seems like an interesting game.
Yes. There is a chapter 35 to heart no kuni no alice. That's the ending chapter. And I found it at mangahere.com
No there isn't. There is a Heart no Kuni no Alice manga, and a Joker no kuni no Alice manga. There is only a Clover no kuni no Alice GAME. And Joker JUST came out, so it'll be a while before it's translated into english.
There is no Clover no Kuni no Alice manga. Just the game. They just came out with a Joker no Kuni no Alice manga, but it only literally JUST came out, so it'll be a while longer before they translate it.
Heart no Kuni no Alice ~Wonderful Wonder World - see link below. Clover no Kuni no Alice ~Wonderful Wonder World - see link below. Joker no Kuni no Alice ~Wonderful Wonder World - see link below. Omochabako no Kuni no Alice ~ Wonderful Wonder World - see link below. Daiya no Kuni no Alice ~Wonderful Wonder World - see link below. Daiya no Kuni no Alice ~Wonderful Mirror World. I recommend using Google Chrome when viewing these pages, because they're in Japanese and Chrome has the ability to translate most of it for you. To watch the opening videos, just click the video there and it should play. Or, you could go on Youtube and type in the name of the game and 'opening movie' (Ex: Heart no Kuni no Alice opening movie) and you should get the results.

I don't think that they are going to make a series out of that, but after Heart no Kuni no Alice are the mini-chapters for each of the characters. The only one in English is The Bloody Twins story. There's also Cheshire Neko to Waltz, Nightmare, Heart no Kishi no Alice, Tosage no Hosakon, and Heart's Knight. Hope this was helpful :)
