no there cant be a bottomless pit on earth Because imagine the earth as a diagram and it was cut so you could see inside of it right, so then picture a little tunnel going through it you would be burnt up by all the gases and heat.But it might be possible on another planet but very very very very unlikely and no one knows for sure because they never tried it and the planet will need no temperature too hot or cold and if you come out the other side of the planet you will need gravity and you'll need gravity anyways when you enter the planet. So the only bottomless pit there ever could be is not a pit and its something in space that when entered you keep going forward and forward and never come out but you wont even survive it because all those asteroids and stuff will hit and it will be going so fast that you'll either burn up or your body will be torn up layer by layer in maybe even less then a second so does that answer your question?
