yes, i belive they do. They give you the minerals to grow fast and be healthier. so it will make your hair grow faster and healthier as well. i heard the bestmineral to help you hair grow is called biotin. i have been using pills called hair skin and nials. and have been using main and tail shampoo and conditioner, twice a week. I have seen my hair growing and is super healthy. but do NOT use the main and tail shampoo and conditioner more than twice a week, because it is so strong it can acutually reverse the process and make it break off. hope i helped!:)
