Hydrocodone is normally dispensed tied with another drug, such as acetominophen or ibuprophen. If your hydrocodone prescription is labeled APAP or Lortab, it is tied to acetominophen. If it is labeled Vicoprophen, it is tied to Advil. Be careful not to take more than the recommended dosage of Tylenol or advil. Hydrocodone has yet to establish a recommended daily doseage.
Yes you can take both together.
The question is Why would you? You have to understand that you are taking acetaminophen (an ingredient in hydrocodone) and ibuprophen (the primary ingredient in Advill). Normally it isn't a good idea to mix these two and I am curious as to why you would take the Advil (a NSAID)with the hydrocodone (a narcotic/opiod)?
can you fail a drug test if you take hydrocodone and oxycodone at the same time
Zzzquil and Advil can be taken at the same time. Zzzquil's active ingredient is diphenhydramine which is an antihistamine that causes drowsiness. Advil is a pain reliever/fever reducer that contains Ibuprofen. Both of these medications are safe to take together.
yes
Gas and Nausea from the Advil. Dipenhydramine will make you sleepy.
You can take them at the same time, so you don't need to wait.
My doctor prescribed me with both at the same time telling me to take valtex teice a day and hydrocodone once a day, so I would assume yes.
Absolutely, It is a mild pain killer/muscle relaxer is typically what it is used for.
my mom 91 yr. takes lortab 7.5/500 and salsalate 750 mg bid can she take these at the same time
2 weeks
I've taken them both before at the same time. I was fine after it.
It is technically safe, however there is pain releiving medication in Tylenol Cold already. If the pain relief from Tylenol Cold is insufficient you could take ibuprofen with it.
Hydrocodone has Tylenol in it. It can be in large amounts or smaller amounts. I've seen it have 650mg of Tylenol all the way down to 350mg. Because of the damage to your liver, I've always been told not to take Tylenol when you take hydrocodone.
