Yeah, and the type of people that do are sick in the head. The dog remembers everything and can become nervous for the rest of its life (i had one that we rescued and it was scared with every car journey). To be fair, you shouldn't get a dog if your gonna get rid of it. If you had to get rid of the dog though, find a new home for it. Take it to a neighbor, friend or even animal shelter to see if they could help you out.
