Can you add arrows or highlight certain images in windows movie maker?

You can Increase the brightness of clips, but you can't add arrows or highlight clips in Windows Movie Maker. The program is very basic with limited features. Adding extras such as you describe have to be done prior to importing in Photo/Picture editing programs.

∙ 13y agoYou can't actually add any type of symbols to Windows Movie Maker. The only way you can have an arrow (or symbol) in a project is if it is imported 'ready-made' in jpeg or gif (animated) form.
