This is not a professional answer, but I would recommend that you call a Veterinarian before doing this. I washed my baby bunny and she died. I think she licked the soap off of her or something. She was fine for a day, but died in the middle of the night after her first bath. A vet will probably be able to tell you the proper procedure for cleaning your bunny.

∙ 10y agoDon't use soap for the first few times. Just get him used to being handled in the water. After he gets a little older, use small animal soap (or puppy shampoo, that works fine) and lather it on his body. Make sure the water is lukewarm. Keep the water out of his eyes, ears, and nose. Dry him off completely and keep him warm for awhile.

You should NEVER bathe a guinea pig. They have oil on their skin that helps them be clean, and germ free. If you bathe them, it will wash all of that oil off. At pet stores, you can get a spray bottle that as good smelling liquid in it. It is wonderful for guinea pigs, but is for ferrits.
