According to TSA, I think you'll be good. I would check it if it is electric. Make sure if you have any tooth paste it is under 3.4oz and in a one quart Ziploc baggie.

Toothpaste can be taken on a plane, but only in a carry-on bag. The toothpaste can only be 3 ounces or less and large containers that are almost empty are not allowed.

Yes. You can have any size tube of toothpaste in your checked baggage, but (per TSA rules) it cannot be more than 3.4oz (100ml) in your carry-on.

I had toothpaste in my carry on and had to leave it at the airport because it was over 3 oz. so if you take it make sure it is under 3 oz.

In carry on baggage, all liquids, gels or aerosols must fit in a clear, one qt plastic bag, and be removed from the baggage for examination. On ALL commercial flights.
