Yes. Actually there is no rule stopping a third party from depositing money into a check account but, for doing that, the third party must know the account number into which they wish to deposit the cash. So, you must know the bank account number of the someone whose account you wish to deposit cash if you want to do that.
YES - if the account holder and the person to whom the check is payable are the same. NO - if they are both different.
Ex: You can deposit a check that was given to your spouse by his/her friend to repay a loan into their account without any issues. But you cannot deposit the same check into your dads account.
Yes.
If you endorse it as payable to them it will usually be accepted for deposit into someone else's account.
Yes you can!! If you are trying to deposit into someone elses account, fill out your direct deposit form and provide their Bank ABA (routing number) and Account number. Direct Deposit is an ACH transaction. All you need for ACH transactions are the ABA and Acct numbers.
if you have guessed someone's bebo account password is it illegal to enter that account
It depends: a. If the check is in your name (As Payee) - then No. Such a check can only be deposited into your own bank account b. If the check is in someone elses name - then Yes, you can deposit such a check into the account of the person to whom the check is addressed.
Banks will allow deposits into members' accounts. Get your loan then carry the money to their bank if the payday loan people won't do a direct deposit.
I just found out the hard way that you can no longer have your tax return deposited into someone else's account. I filed my taxes and both my daughter's taxes at the same time. Both of theirs were deposited into my youngest daughter's account, mine was supposed to be deposited into that same account but was sent back to the IRS to be mailed as a paper check. I called the bank and spoke to a representative there. She said the IRS will no longer let people direct deposit into someone else's account. I'm guessing because my daughters names are similar is the reason they both made it through, but I have a different last name. Anyway, FYI . . . . .
Well you can get married to someone else or you can be someone elses spouce.

You cannot recover someone else's chat history on Facebook unless they give you access to their account. Facebook does not provide a feature that allows you to retrieve another person's chat history without their permission. It's important to respect others' privacy and not try to access their private conversations without their consent.
