I have just got my ears pierced and immediately changed my earrings from the stud to horseshoes. Not only did I change them but I went up a gauge size. I had no problems or pain. The gauging caused a little bleeding but that's all.
If it's a comfort issue, yes you can change the jewellery early but be sure to wash everything before you touch your new piercings and ensure the new jewellery is clean. Better yet go see your professional body piercer if you need help putting in the new jewellery they can ensure that the change is done in such a way as to minimize the chances of damaging the new piercings.
yes if you can find a hole in your ear.
(if you just got your ear piercing just a few day ago do not change it.)
Nope. Wait at least 6 weeks
If you want the piercing to close up, then yes, take it out. If you want to keep the piercing and avoid pain or infection then it is best to leave the same earring in for at least two months, after that you can change freely between earrings. If the original earring is causing problems (ie. seeming too long, or too short) then go back to your piercer for advice.
You Really shouldnt take them out because they could close up but if you really need to then you can
The barbell earring that goes on the upper part of your cartilage is called an "industrial" piercing, but some people also call it a "scaffold" piercing.

6 weeks, then you can change it (put dont leave it out) then 4 more weeks before you can take it out and leave it out.
scar tissue from the piercing procedure.
Yes You Can Use An Earring As A Lip Piercing. You cant Use An Earring For A lip Ring Though. Just use An Earring Stud. I Pierced My Own Lip With An Earring, and I Know Tons Of People That Use An Earring Studd. Just Make Sure The Earring Is Cleann.
No, your eyebrow and ear are two different parts of your body.
Go see your doctor
You have to keep an earring or something or else it will close
Cleaning a new piercing with the cleanser/antiseptic given to you without the earring in it will actually close it rather quickly. If the piercing is already healed leaving the earring out for a long time will close it though usually (especially on ears) a mark will be left and still appear as if it were pierced
