Yes. Compression programs such as WinRAR allow multiple documents to be compressed to a single file which can then be transmitted. However, if attaching to e-mails, etiquette dictates that attachments be kept to a minimum. Many servers will reject files in excess of 5 or 10MB, so if combining two (or more) documents exceeds this, you must send them in separate e-mails.
