First you need to download and install an ISO creator such as MagicISO. Put in the cd, go to My Computer, right click the icon for whatever drive the CD is in (usually E:). When you right click on the CD drive icon, there should be an option called MagicISO, with an arrow next to it. Mouse over, than click "Make image file from E:". MagicISO will open and a box will show up; pick your file destination (in this case, your flash drive), and type in a name for the file, then click on "OK" or "burn".
Of course! put both in the PC and drag files from the flash drive to the CD and then burn

Yes, you can. All you'll have to do is put the music on your USB stick, and then plug it along with your MP3 player into any computer. You can then drag the music from the USB stick onto the MP3 player.
You can copy music from a Windows Media Player to a memory stick in a few simple steps. Open up Windows Media Player and insert the memory stick into a free USB port. A window will appear asking you to sync the device with the program, so follow the on-screen instructions. Go to the Sync tab and you will see the memory stick listed there. Import the music files you want to copy and then click on the Start Sync button.
Put the CD in and when it plays, select 'Rip Music' or put in a usb drive with music on it. Then copy them.

Well first you need to have a USB cable that connects from the PC to your PSP. Then go to settings on your PSP and click on USB Connection. Go to My computer on you PC and it should come up with Memory Stick. Click on it and then click on Music. Once you've done that find a song on your computer then copy it to the Music File. There you go.
I agree
If you downloaded the song you have to find the folder you saved it to. Copy the song (right-click and copy) and paste it into your USB drive (the USB must be plugged in). To find the USB drive go to My Computer and click the icon that your USB stick is plugged into. The name of the icon is usually the brand of your USB stick.
It won't copy if you manually manage music. Copy the MP3s to your hard drive and then import the folders in ITunes.
