You can always enhance your education by supplementing it with other coursework. However, the masters degree can be taxing and very time consuming. You would do better to focus on one thing at a time (basically the masters). That being said, most every school I know of does not offer the opportunity of taking a minor with the masters level work. Once again because of the intensity of most masters level work.
