It is never a wise idea to mix alcohol with prescription meds unless you discuss it with your doctor. Consuming alcohol may have adverse effects or lessen the strength of the medication/scrip.

You may have a normal portion of alcohol without any problem. Normal alcohol use is one drink every day or so. If you are a heavy drinker, you should check with your doctor about ways to quit. Heavy drinking is not what you need to be doing with your heart already stressed.

no you cant drink alcohol while on the propranolol pill, it will mess up your blood pressure and the rthym of your heart.

i have been taking atenol for the last 9 years , with occasional drinking . so far i have not yet had any problems. i guess you must know how to drink.
