If you are saying this generally then yes, because the bubble still contains the
soap that you blew from it. It would still have the liquid form even it is in the shape of a sphere and it contains air in side to flow.

the answer is yes balloons can always be used depending on how big or small the balloon is but if it is the right size then yes!

There is something else to remember a "normal" balloon can be filled with Helium but since the Helium is a smaller Molecule than that of air, the balloons will shrink Faster as the helium can actually leak through, but if you are using the balloons for a party, fill the balloons the same day and they will be fine.

If the balloon is inflated and then placed over the mouth of the bottle, the bottle becomes an extension of the balloon. That is: The pressure in the bottle is the same as the pressure in the balloon, and BOTH become the single container which contains the pressurized air which was originally held in the balloon.

If the balloon wasn't inflated when it was placed over the mouth of the bottle, then two things are noted: a) The air in the bottle is now sealed within and can no longer mix with the outside air, and b) The pressure inside the bottle will remain the same as the pressure outside the bottle, so long as the bottles altitude doesn't change, and the temperature of the air inside the bottle remains the same as the temperature outside the bottle.

if you have a really strong and big stomach (not fat) i guess but suggest only inflating till you feel some pain and stop before you burst but the answer is not really. and how to inflate yourself? get a bike pump or a electric pump or even a hand pump and put it inside of your anus like not just the ring of it just like ACTUALLY inside and start pumping or turn the pump on and wait till you feel pain and stop

It is not advised that a person eat bubbles. Although most bubbles are labeled as non-toxic, they can still make a person sick.

You can use air instead of helium, but it will not rise.

The reason helium balloons rise is because helium is lighter than air.

I am sure other gases can be used also.

You cannot inflate yourself. To try it would result in an agonizing death because your skin and other organs would tear into a bunch of smaller pieces.
