I do not recommend any of the "energy drinks" at all, especially when you have a mood disorder! They contain massive amounts of sugar and caffeine - I looked up a couple last night for another question, and they had 17 teaspoonfuls of sugar in one bottle!

If you want a little "pick me up," a cup of coffee or tea is all you really need - or even a regular soda. You do not need to flood your already chemically-imbalanced brain with all that junk!

yes because you experience no immediate or longer term adverse affects

and you might even feel better

no because alcohol can interrupt the transmission of the chemicals with your system

Not the best idea In my experence, one of my very close friends had a heart attack for mixing pills with an energy drink, but it all depends on the person of course.
