Hydrochlorothiazide is not affected by grapefruit.
Grapefruit changes the metabolism of certain prescription medications. You should definitely contact your pharmacy or physician to get a good answer, but there is an interaction warning between grapefruit and zolpidem (Ambien).
Bananas do not contain enough potassium to cause a problem when taking Losartan potassium tablets. One should always consult their doctor with any medical concerns while taking medication.

There are no known food or drink interactions with Losartan. Taking it with caffeine is fine.
magnesium
some diuretics (like lasix, hydrochlorothiazide) lead to an increased loss of potassium with the urine. In some people this leads to hypokalemia after a usually prolonged interval (months). There are other diuretics and hypertension medications which decrease this effect and with a combination some people can regain a normal potassium balance. (kalium = potassium). Others may have to stop taking it, or, alternatively, take extra potassium.

If you take amlodipine -- or any other kind of calcium channel blocker -- do not take them with grapefruit, grapefruit juice or grapefruit dietary supplements, because serious, possibly fatal, reactions may occur. Grapefruit inhibits your CYP34A enzyme, a protein that helps your body metabolize drugs. When your body fails to properly metabolize drugs, you may end up with more of amlodipine in your system than intended, causing an accidental overdose. Some drugs -- and some people -- react more strongly than others to the effect of grapefruit on your CYP34A enzyme.

The warning label for Cardura does not say anything about grapefruit or grapefruit juice. Therefore, it should be safe to drink grapefruit juice while taking this medication.
