NO YOU CANNOT, the way the cook and serve is formulated is to expand when it reaches a certain temperature. It will begin expanding in your large intestine, causing your intestine to rupture (EXPLODE). Please beware of uncooked cook and serve jello, RIP cousin Jenny.
