It depends on the guidelines your dentist has given you. Cookies like the Caramel deLites/Samoas which are sticky with the caramel, might not be a good idea.

∙ 12y agoYou're supposed to stay away from "Sticky, Chewy, Hard & Gooey" so that would be a no - but smores probably won't ruin anything - in my 4 year experience with braces hard foods & carbonation were the only real problems
