The only way you can actually go up against bots in Modern Warfare 3; is to play Survival or Chaos modes.
MW3 does not possess 'Combat Training' (ref. Black Ops) or Local Play (ref. Black Ops 2).
Another way is to do the SpecOp missions at the differing level of difficulty.
