Yes of course, but a puppy shouldn't be fed on chicken alone. Chicken is perfectly fine as a healthy treat, but the main diet should be a high quality dog food, one with good named meat sources and little to no grains or cereals.

I would wait another week (just in case) but when its around 7 weeks old you can feed the puppy soft/hard food or mixed food

I don't know how old this question is, but I can't help but add a question of my own:

WHY would anyone want to feed bread to any dog, let alone a young puppy?!? That's

not a good idea. Puppies should be eating quality food designed for puppies (or at least

for all life stages), not junk like bread.

yes but not regular bread it should be toasted cause it gets stuck in the stomach

Yes you can with the milk but don't feed them bread the bread is bad for them at this age. At four weeks they should only have milk.
