No, rabbits can't eat dog food. Dogs and rabbits have completely different nutritional requirements. Dogs eat meat, so they need a lot of protein and some animal fats in their food, but rabbits are herbivores and vegan (they only eat fruit, veggies, plants, etc), and too much protein is bad for them, and they can't digest animal fats or animal proteins properly. Rabbits also need a lot of fibre, which dogs don't need, so not only does dog food have ingredients that are bad for rabbits, but it doesn't have the ingredients that are good for rabbits. Dog food doesn't have the right vitamins for rabbits, either: it has the right ones for dogs. If you feed dog food to a rabbit, you will make it sick. All pets need a species-specific diet; for bunnies, that means unlimited hay and water, and some rabbit pellets and fresh leafy greens daily.
