You can freeze liquid soap, but it won't turn into a soap bar. Later, it will melt. If you boiled soap, it would probably boil and bubble, and get very hot!

What do you mean "washing up liquid?"

Of course - any liquid can be frozen eventually. However, you might have to reduce the temperature very very significantly. Some liquids only freeze when its -50 Celsius.
