You can if you are 18 and your parent(s) set up an account with your name already and decided to give that trust fund over to you. Some parent(s) don't give that child anything. If you don't have a trust fund in your name then it is best to have a job. How are you going to fund that checking account without a job?
Open the bank account or go and remove your hair to do this job
if you have a job you are eligable to get a bank account in most states. to do that, make an appointment with a banker at the bank of your choice, and set up a bank account. :)
No. It is your account and the bank cannot move funds from one account to another without your approval or rather without you asking them for it.
no where !
You cannot. Banks usually expect an auto-debit instruction from a bank account for the monthly payments for the loan. That can happen only if you have a bank account and so you cannot get a personal loan without a bank account. Banks would ask you to open an account if you want a loan with them.
