A lot depends on what the minor is. A minor in Spanish is likely to be more useful than a minor in Latin. Although if you decide to become a priest, the Latin might well come in handy. If you minor in music, maybe you could give lessons, play in a band. It depends on what kind of music and whether you are a good musician. I had a minor of criminal justice. I haven't done anything with it. Your question is not a bad one, but really too vague to get a very useful answer, I think. You might get a much better answer from your advisor or one of your professors. They certainly know more about you and probably more about the specifics of your situation.

yes you can. most bachelor degrees take around four years to complete. A minor can usually be taken concurrently with the bachelor degree and be finished around your junior year. Most of the time minor are mostly non influential so if you decide to indulge in one make sure your either have a love for classes or using them to further increase your understanding of your selected major.

No, minors are not offered at the associates degree level. There is just not enough credit areas to accommodate the coursework. However, this does not mean you cannot take other courses of interest if you wish to supplement your primary program of study. Still, if you are going to pursue a bachelor's degree after completing your associates, then I would not be concerned about a minor at this time. Once you start The Bachelor's degree, you can then choose a minor to enhance your chosen field of study.

It is my understanding that no, you don't. On your degree it should be noted that you have a minor in whatever, but you won't get something separate.
