Yes you can but only if you share with an already infected person. if the person has cut himself with it and the you use the blood of the person infected gets to you and you to get infected
If used right away when scraped over an infected area, then it is possible. It can not live long on surfaces.
Yes it is possible to get herpes from sharing a razor; but not likely.

No that is unlikely to happen. Herpes dies in a few seconds when it's exposed to air, it doesn't live on objects for more then a few seconds. You would have to use a razor with in seconds of some one with herpes using it.

You can only get herpes from skin-to-skin contact with someone who is infected. Shaving your pubic hair can cause small cuts that make it easier to get infected if exposed to the virus, but shaving by itself doesn't cause herpes.

An outbreak of herpes can occur from shaving because it is irritating the skin. Waxing can also cause an outbreak.
