While it is not common, most medical schools have only the requirements for basic courses (Biology, chemistry, physics, organic chemistry, sometimes calculus, etc), the MCAT, and 90 semester hours of college credit. They do recommend graduating from college, but some people have been accepted to medical school without a Bachelor's degree.
