Normally abortions don't have any side effects and are especially safe in the first trimester and is safer than childbirth up to the 20th week where then the risks get even.
Miscarriages happen to 1/3 woman so it's common as well. If you had any complications after the abortions or after the miscarriage or had a specific medical reason for the miscarriage there can be problems getting pregnant depending on what reason that was.
Only a doctor can tell you that. If you however don't have any side effects from the miscarriage and abortion you have still been able to get pregnant 4 times so there is no reason why you should not this time.
