Yes, you can, there is a place called "Sexysims" But you need to be over 18, and it comes with heaps of..gross stuff. 18 and older is actually a young adult.... The gross stuff is really, really, really weird. LOL
Get both teen or young adult sims in the double bed and click relax on both of them and then click try for a babyand then you'll hear the rock a bye baby tune which means your sim is pregnant. If you hear that tune and she doesn't constantly barf, I don't know what to tell you.
