yes but it is high risk and you would definently be put on bedrest for a long time in the hospital and dialysis would be done everyday. it is alot on your body and the baby and it is always ends up as premature labor.

Pregnancy puts an extra burden on your body and there are two major issues to overcome. Firstly, pregnancy on dialysis is rare due to the increased level of water which interferes with egg production and other aspects of fertility. Secondly, you will need extra doses of dialysis whilst pregnant. It's risky, but it has been done. The preceeding is not medical advice, seek assistance of your own doctor
