No, that's not quite how it works. You've bought the software, your money isn't a security deposit. It's your choice on whether you want to delete the software, but Sony doesn't owe you anything if you do that.

∙ 11y agoNo, otherwise people could play every game for free. The game is bought, not rented, deleting it will remove it from your system, but it remains a purchase on your PSN account so you can download it again another time.
