If you feel you have to give your puppy some type of milk use canned milk, mixed one part canned milk to one part water. A 10 week old pup should be on a good name brand dry puppy food. That is all they need at that age. You can feed it dry or put a little warm water over it.

Cow's milk can cause diarrhea or vomiting. Puppies should be fed a puppy food according to the directions on the package.
